As long as your own your car, Rotary Auto Body guarantees to repair, free of charge, any defects of workmanship of repairs stated on the repair invoice, to the industry acceptable standards, unless caused by, or damage resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance or care of the vehicle.

At Rotary Auto Body, we are committed to total customer satisfaction. It begins immediately upon our first meeting with you.

We understand you need to get your vehicle back on the road as quickly as possible. As part of this commitment we work with all insurance companies to insure a problem-free environment. Once our experienced estimators have inspected your vehicle carefully, they will prepare a comprehensive report for you, your insurance agency, and our body shop. This will insure fast paper processing through your agency and quick parts ordering for our shop. Be sure to ask any questions during the process. We want to make sure that you understand everything. That's why we guarantee your satisfaction, no questions asked. A car is a big investment and we want you to be as happy with it as you were on the day you bought it.
